Breakfast Pizza Recipe

  1. Cook sausage till brown, drain fat.
  2. Separate rolls, place on round 12 inch pan (point to center).
  3. Press sides to create crust.
  4. Sprinkle with potatoes, sausage and cheddar cheese.
  5. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper; pour over all.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
