Breakfast Pizza Recipe
- 1 roll pork sausage
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frzn hash browns (loose pack), thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 5 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook sausage till brown, drain fat.
- Separate rolls, place on round 12 inch pan (point to center).
- Press sides to create crust.
- Sprinkle with potatoes, sausage and cheddar cheese.
- Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper; pour over all.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
