Nutty Chocolate-Caramel Apples

  1. Insert wooden pop stick into stem end of each apple.
  2. Cover large plate with parchment paper.
  3. Microwave caramels and water in large glass measuring cup on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 min.
  4. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute; cool slightly.
  5. Dip apples, 1 at a time, into caramel mixture; turn to evenly coat each apple.
  6. Scrape excess caramel from bottoms of apples.
  7. Place on prepared plate.
  8. Refrigerate 15 min.
  9. Microwave chocolate in deep microwaveable bowl as directed on package.
  10. Dip apples into chocolate, then immediately roll in combined nuts and coconut.
  11. Refrigerate 1 hour or until caramel is firm.
