Spicy Mustard Pork Chops

  1. Coat pork chops with dijon mustard, then sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Combine bread crumbs and spices in bowl, then coat pork chops.
  4. Saute garlic over med.
  5. heat until garlic begins to brown.
  6. Cook pork chops 3-4 minutes per side, until bread crumbs are lightly browned on both sides.
  7. Transfer pan to oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness (boneless may cook faster).
