Spicy Mustard Pork Chops
- 2 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 14 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 cup breadcrumbs, unseasoned
- 14 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Coat pork chops with dijon mustard, then sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine bread crumbs and spices in bowl, then coat pork chops.
- Saute garlic over med.
- heat until garlic begins to brown.
- Cook pork chops 3-4 minutes per side, until bread crumbs are lightly browned on both sides.
- Transfer pan to oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness (boneless may cook faster).
