Glazed Lemon Bars (Low Fat)

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix 1 cup baking mix and the powdered sugar in small bowl.
  3. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
  4. Press into ungreased 8" square pan and bake for about 10 minutes or until light brown.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients, except lemon glaze.
  6. Pour over baked layer.
  7. Bake about 25 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  8. Loosen edges from sides of pan while warm.
  9. To make lemon glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice.
  10. Spread warm bars with lemon glaze; cool about 1 hour.
