Key Lime Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all crust ingredients except pecans in bowl.
  3. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Press onto bottom of ungreased 8- or 9-inch square baking pan.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  7. Combine all filling ingredients in bowl.
  8. Beat at low speed until well mixed.
  9. Pour filling over hot, partially baked crust.
  10. Continue baking 18-20 minutes or until filling is set.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Combine all frosting ingredients except lime zest in bowl.
  13. Spread over cooled bars.
  14. Garnish with grated lime zest.
  15. Store refrigerated.
