Round Steak Stroganoff

  1. Boil noodles.
  2. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a plastic bag.
  3. Shake beef strips in bag until well coated.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Brown half the beef at a time.
  6. Remove.
  7. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Return beef to the skillet.
  8. Add broth, mustard, chili sauce and mushrooms; cover and simmer until the beef is tender, about 1 hour. Just before serving, stir in sour cream and noodles.
  9. Heat gently but do not boil.
  10. Great meal!
