Quick Cheese Cake Pie

  1. Blend softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk.
  2. Add remaining milk and pudding mix.
  3. Beat slowly just until well mixed, about 1 minute -- do not overbeat!
  4. Pour at once into graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill 1 hour.
  6. Serve topped with Cool Whip, if desired.
