Baked Artichokes With Eggs(Carciofi Al Forno Con Uova)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Whisk eggs, salt and cheese.
  3. In a 10-inch glass baking dish, place 1/2 of the cooked artichoke hearts
  4. in one layer.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 of the garlic, parsley and pepper
  6. on
  7. top of artichokes.
  8. Put the rest of the artichokes on top
  9. and
  10. repeat
  11. with the rest of the garlic and parsley. Pour egg
  12. mixture all over artichokes and sprinkle with olive oil, salt
  13. and pepper.
  14. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until eggs are set. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
