Blue Cheese Dressing Sept 85 Recipe

• 1/4 lb Gorgonzola or possibly other blue cheese
• 1/2 c. Fresh cream
• 1/2 c. Yogurt
• 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
• 2 Tbsp. Vinegar

1. Place all ingredients, but the cream, in blender or possibly food processor and run the machine till it is creamy.
2. Stir in cream.
3. Serving Ideas : Serve on top of green salad or possibly vegetables
