Grilled Fruit Salad

  1. If using a grill, grill and oil the grill rack.
  2. Preheat a broiler if you are using that.
  3. Add all the fruit into a bowl.
  4. Drizzle the fruit with lemon-infused olive oil.
  5. Whisk together the cream, vinegar and sugar.
  6. Set aside.
  7. If using a grill, oil the grill rack and prepare a medium-hot fire.
  8. Place fruit in one layer on a grill basket.
  9. Put on fire or directly over the heat.
  10. Cook for about five minutes, turning once or twice, until the fruit's surface begins to caramelize.
  11. If using a broiler, preheat the broiler.
  12. Place fruit in one layer on a baking sheet about 6 inches under broiler.
  13. Cook for about five minutes, turning once or twice, until the fruit's surface begins to caramelize.
  14. Put the fruit on a platter or directly in serving bowls.
  15. Drizzle with cream mixture and serve immediately.
