Lasagna
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 to 2 onions
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 12 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 cans water (tomato paste size)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. basil
- 3 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- lasagna noodles
- parmesan cheese
- Brown hamburger with onions, garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese soup, tomato paste. water. tomato sauce and seasonings. Mix and simmer for 20 minutes. Place small amount of sauce in pan. Add lasagna noodles (uncooked). Add sauce and mozzarella. Make 3 layers. Top with parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350u0b0. Let stand a few minutes before cutting. Can be made the day before. Keep in refrigerator, then bake for 1 1/2 hours.
