Sirloin Salad with Bistro Garlic Dressing
- 4 cups Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 4 cups Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
- 32 cups Red and green peppers, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 12 cups red onions, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 1/2 cup oil
- 144 cups mixed salad greens, torn
- - Sirloin steaks Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- Mix dressing and sauce until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Saute peppers and onions in oil on high heat until crisp-tender and set aside.
- Meanwhile, grill or broil steak until cooked through (160F).
- Cut into 1/4 inch wide strips.
- For each serving: Place 3 cups of mixed greens on serving plate; top with 4 oz.
- of steak and 3/4 cup vegetable mixture.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
- of dressing mixture.
- Or, fill 1 oz portion cup with dressing mixture and serve on the side.
