Angel Creams
- 300 ml light cream
- 200 g good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon gelatin, dissolved in 1 tblsp boiling water
- 250 g light cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- fresh berries
- Place cream, chocolate and vanilla into saucepan.
- Keep on low and stir till chocolate is melted.
- Stir in dissolved gelatine.
- Cool mix till it begins to thicken.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth and creamy with mixer.
- Gradually beat in cooled chocolate mixture.
- Spoon into 6 glasses.
- decorate with fresh berries.
