Angel Creams

  1. Place cream, chocolate and vanilla into saucepan.
  2. Keep on low and stir till chocolate is melted.
  3. Stir in dissolved gelatine.
  4. Cool mix till it begins to thicken.
  5. Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth and creamy with mixer.
  6. Gradually beat in cooled chocolate mixture.
  7. Spoon into 6 glasses.
  8. decorate with fresh berries.
