Braised Daikon Radish Recipe

  1. Peel and slice the radish.
  2. Simmer in water till soft.
  3. Stir in sliced chilli, miso and sugar and cook for a further 5 min.
  4. Serve in bowls scattered with coriander or possibly shredded nori.
