Italian Spinach Dip

• 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
• 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
• 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained, chopped

1. Mix dressing, sour cream and dressing mix until well blended.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Cover.
4. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
5. Serve with assorted crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.
