Simple Namul with Plenty of Komatsuna!

  1. Parboil the komatsuna, rinse in cold water, then thoroughly squeeze out the excess water.
  2. Chop into 3 cm lengths.
  3. Julienne the carrot with a slicer.
  4. Lightly sprinkle with salt, let sit for a while, then squeeze out the excess liquid.
  5. Combine the komatsuna and carrots, then season with the ingredients.
  6. If it needs more flavor, add salt.
  7. Be sure to use plenty of pepper!
