Very Strawberry Pie Recipe
- 1 pkg. Jello brand strawberry Jello
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. ice cubes
- 1 pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 1/2 c. thawed Cold Whip
- 1 pt. strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 baked (9 in.) pie shell, cooled
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add in ice cubes and stir till melted.
- Prepare pie filling.
- Mix with 3/4 c. lowfat milk as directed on package for pie.
- Let stand about 2 min.
- Blend in Jello; refrigerateif necessary till thick.
- Mix in 2 c. whipped topping and strawberries.
- Pour into crust and freeze 1 hour or possibly refrigeratein refrigerator 3 hrs.
- Before serving, garnish with rest of topping and strawberries if you like.
