Sweet and Sour Sweet Potato and Lotus Root

  7. Deep fry the ingredients in oil heated to 160C.
  8. Since they tend to stick, it's best to fry them a little at a time.
  9. Allow them to cool down once deep fried.
  10. Put all seasoning ingredients marked with a *into a frying pan and simmer.
  11. Although it's already tasty at this stage, add sweet potatoes, lotus root, and chicken to the frying pan and coat in sauce.
  12. Mix in broccoli to taste... then serve!
