Seafood Chalupas Recipe
- 1 c. leftover or possibly fresh cooked fish, crab meat or possibly shrimp
- 4 crisp flat tortillas
- 1 (8 ounce.) can refried beans
- 2 c. lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, minced
- 1/2 c. cheese, grated
- Picante sauce
- Avocado
- To crispen tortillas, bake at 350 degrees for 3 min.
- Spread beans on each tortilla.
- Then layer with seafood, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
- Pass the warm sauce and sliced avocado.
- Makes 2 servings of 2 chalupas each.
