Peanut Butter-Chocolate Cake
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) devil's food cake mix
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides.
- Beat cake mix, Miracle Whip, water and eggs in large bowl with mixer until blended; pour into prepared pan.
- Microwave peanut butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
- ; stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Pour over batter; swirl gently with knife.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Immediately sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
- Cool completely.
- Use parchment handles to remove cake from pan before cutting to serve.
