- 1 1/4 c. Flour all purpose
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Butter sweet,cool&cut up
- 3 Tbsp. Shortening cool
- 3 Tbsp. Water ice
- 3 x Large eggs beaten
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. Dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. Butter melted unsalted
- 2 Tbsp. Bourbon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Pecans minced
