Croeni's Pfeffernusse Cookies

  1. Cream the brown sugar and butter together until fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs and molasses and beat until combined.
  3. In separate bowl, mix the baking soda, flour salt, and spices.
  4. Beat into sugar and egg mixture.
  5. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 350F.
  7. Roll dough into small balls and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar or glaze.
