Easy Spinach with Tofu Dressing

  1. Chop the tofu into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a heat-resistant dish.
  2. Wrap in saran wrap and cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes.
  3. After cooking.
  4. A sufficient amount of liquid has been cooked out.
  5. Drain and let it sit to cool.
  6. Cut the spinach into 3 cm widths and wash. Julienne the carrots.
  7. Put each ingredient on its own heat-resistant dish, wrap, and cook.
  8. After cooking, chill in running water.
  9. Transfer the cooled tofu to a bowl while mashing.
  10. After draining the excess water, add the spinach and carrots and seasoning, and blend.
  11. Ready to serve.
