Blackberry Jam

  1. Crush fruit thoroughly.
  2. Add water and fruit pectin.
  3. Stir until pectin is dissolved.
  4. Heat to boiling.
  5. Boil 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Add sugar.
  7. Stir until dissolved.
  8. Boil 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until thick.
