Firecracker Burgers
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 tablespoon whole multicolored european peppercorn
- 12 tablespoon lawrys hamburger seasoning
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce, per each side of burger
- Knead whole peppercorns and Lawrys hamburger seasoning into the ground beef.
- Then form into patties (makes about five large patties).
- Splash a dash of Worcestershire sauce on each side of burger.
- This keeps them moist of your grill.
- Grill to desired wellness.
- Enjoy:).
