Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine or butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups bisquik or baking mix
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 21oz can blueberry pie filling
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt margarine in 11x7 baking pan.
- Add milk, bisquik and sugar; stir until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of filling over batter.
- Bake 30-35 minutes, until deep golden brown.
