Vegetable Lover's Burger
- 1 burger
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 piece of sliced red onion
- 1 oz. ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 2 pieces of sliced cucumber
- 1 tomato slice
- 25 pieces tortilla chips, baked, unsalted
- 2/3 cup baby carrots
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- 1 On-the-Go packet
- 1 bottle of water, 20 fl oz
- PREHEAT grill to medium heat.
- Grill burger 8 minutes or until heated through (160F), turning after 4 minutes and brushing with 1/2 Tbsp.
- of the dressing.
- TOSS onion and cheese with remaining 1 Tbsp.

- PLACE greens on a plate.
- Place burger on greens; top evenly with onion mixture, cucumber and tomato.
- ENJOY burger with baked chips, carrots and ranch dressing for dipping.
- PREPARE CRYSTAL LIGHT per package directions and serve with burger lunch.
