Mint Eggnog

  1. Separate the egg, and beat the white until stiff.
  2. Combine egg yolk, sugar and salt.
  3. Fold whites into yolk mixture.
  4. Add milk slowly and then mint.
  5. Top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaf.
  6. If you desire to serve this hot - use hot milk and do not beat the whites before adding to yolk mixture.
