Aunt Angie's Hamburger Casserole
- 1 lb (.5 kg). hamburger meat
- 2 cups (475 ml) macaroni noodles
- 1 can whole kernal corn
- 2 cups (475 ml) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small jar diced pimentos (optional)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 8 oz (224 grm). sour cream
- 1 cup (225 ml) cheese crackers or saltines
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Brown meat in large skillet, drain.
- Mix all ingredients except crackers in large casserole dish.
- Crush crackers and sprinkle on top.
- Bake about 20 minutes at 300 degrees (150 C.) or until bubbles.
