Lobster Oriental Recipe

  1. Shell lobster and cut into 1 inch pcs.
  2. Drain mushrooms and cut into quarters.
  3. Heat oil in skillet, saute/fry garlic and remove.
  4. Saute/fry lobster 30 seconds.
  5. Add in mushrooms, celery, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and pea pods.
  6. Stir fry 30 seconds.
  7. Mix cornstarch with sugar, salts, soy sauce, and broth; stir into vegetable mix.
  8. Simmer, stirring constantly, till sauce thickens; quickly stir in cashews.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Serves 6.
