Simplistic Salad

• 1 head lettuce
• 1 cucumber, sliced into thin slices then diced
• 1 red onion, sliced thin then diced
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup ranch dressing

1. First slice and dice the head of lettuce
2. Then add all ingredients and serve.
