Viola Paulette De Normandie
- 1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 1/2 c. diced chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. green onion tops
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Mix together the first 3 ingredients and place half in baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Combine the chicken, onion, green onion tops, celery, mayonnaise and salt. Spoon over dressing and cover with remaining dressing. Beat the eggs slightly. Add the milk. Pour over whole mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking. Spread the soup over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven to melt cheese.
