spicy indian dry rub

  1. mix well and store in a cool dry place in an air tight container.
  2. rub into your chicken or fish and shallow fry to cook out spices
  3. if you only have regular table salt, make it 2 tables spoons because the crystals are smaller and it will be too salty (you can always add more salt never the other way round)

curry powder, salt, chilli powder, ground coriander seeds, ground cumin, mint, turmeric, ginger powder
