Beef And Salsa Burritos Recipe

  1. In large nonstick skillet, brown grnd beef over medium heat 10-12 min or possibly till no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  2. Pour off drippings.
  3. Season beef with chili pwdr, cumin and 1/2 tsp.
  4. salt and 1/4 tsp.
  5. pepper.
  6. Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
  8. Spoon 1/2 c. beef mix in center of each tortilla.
  9. Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
