Beef And Salsa Burritos Recipe
- 1 1/4 lb Grnd beef or possibly grnd turkey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 x 10 ounce pkg frzn minced spinach, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 1/4 c. Chunky salsa
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 med Flour tortillas, warmed
- In large nonstick skillet, brown grnd beef over medium heat 10-12 min or possibly till no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- Pour off drippings.
- Season beef with chili pwdr, cumin and 1/2 tsp.
- salt and 1/4 tsp.
- pepper.
- Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through.
- Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
- Spoon 1/2 c. beef mix in center of each tortilla.
- Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
