Citrus & Cranberry Cheesecake Cups
- 24 each Peek Freans Lifestyle Selections Bran Crunch
- 1-1/2 cups Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 3 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- white chocolate, melted
- 2 Tbsp. orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 3 cups Small navel oranges, sectioned King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 72 each dried cranberries
- Crumble 1 cookie into each of 24 (4-oz.
- 125-mL) glass cups (or into each of 4 glass cups for trial recipe).
- Mix next 4 ingredients until blended; spoon into pastry bag ftted with piping tip.
- Pipe 1-7/8 oz.
- (55 g) cream cheese mixture over cookie crumbs in each glass.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- For each serving: Top 1 dessert with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) oranges and 3 cranberries.
- Serve immediately.
