Citrus & Cranberry Cheesecake Cups

  1. Crumble 1 cookie into each of 24 (4-oz.
  2. 125-mL) glass cups (or into each of 4 glass cups for trial recipe).
  3. Mix next 4 ingredients until blended; spoon into pastry bag ftted with piping tip.
  4. Pipe 1-7/8 oz.
  5. (55 g) cream cheese mixture over cookie crumbs in each glass.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  7. For each serving: Top 1 dessert with 2 Tbsp.
  8. (30 mL) oranges and 3 cranberries.
  9. Serve immediately.
