Minted Cantaloupe and Blueberries

  1. Combine sugar, water and crushed mint in saucepan.
  2. Boil for 3 minutes.
  3. Strain and chill.
  4. Add blueberries and cantaloupe balls to syrup.
  5. Serve either as a salad or with whipped topping for dessert.
