Cocktail Piroshki(Miniature Meat Pies)

  1. Rehydrate minced onion in water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a small skillet, melt the butter; add onion and saute 2 minutes.
  3. Add the beef and cook, stirring, until browned.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add eggs, dill weed, parsley flakes, paprika, salt, pepper, sour cream and lemon juice.
  6. Mix thoroughly; set aside.
