White Chili

  1. In a large soup kettle bring chicken broth to simmer.
  2. Add all other ingredients except chicken.
  3. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  4. Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
  5. Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of Colby cheese.
  6. Makes 8 to 10 large servings.
