Rosemary-Garlic Pork Chops

  1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork and cook 4 minutes per side.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; add butter, rosemary, and garlic.
  5. Cook, turning pork occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes, or until instant-read thermometer inserted in each chop registers 155 degrees F. Remove skillet from the heat.
  6. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Spoon pan drippings over pork chops.
