Pineapple Jicama Salsa
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Seeded And Diced
- 1 whole Jicama, Peeled And Diced
- 1 whole Pineapple, Peeled, Cored And Diced
- 1/2 bunches Cilantro, Stems Removed, Finely Chopped
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped (whites And Greens)
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Lemons, Juiced
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- Mix all of the ingredients together and chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips, fish or chicken.
