Chicken Kabob Dinner
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups red pepper pieces (1 inch)
- 2 cups zucchini chunks (1 inch)
- 2 cups peach chunks (1 inch)
- 12 wooden skewers
- 1 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Thread chicken, vegetables and fruit alternately on skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Pour dressing over kabobs; refrigerate 10 minutes to marinate.
- Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill kabobs 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
