Lamb Stew (Arabia)
- 1/2 lb Lamb leg sirloin chops
- 1 1/2 Tomato cuted
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 potato
- 1/3 cup pea
- 1/3 cup carrot cubes
- 3 tbsp Hinze tomato paste
- 1 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 Vegetable Bouillon
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp Dill Weed
- 1/4 tbsp Cilantro Leaves
- 1 salt
- 1 water
- Put the lamb on the saucepan with the olive oil.
- Have the heat on Medium.
- Flip the meat until it is cooked from outside as in picture.
- Add garlic, onion, and spices on top of the meat.
- Flip and mix the meat with the other ingredients.
- Add water and bring the water to boil and cover the saucepan.
- Keep it between medium and low heat.
- After 40 min, Add tomato, pea, carrots, and tomato pasta sauce.
- After 30 min, add the potatoes and fresh Cilantro Leaves if wanted.
- Keep it between 10 min and 15 min.
- You can eat it with pita bread or rice.
