Italian Meat Loaf Pie

  1. Mix beef, 1/2 of tomatoes, oats, one Egg Beaters, Parmesan and seasonings.
  2. Divide in half.
  3. Pat half of meat mixture into sides and bottom of 10-inch pie plate.
  4. Blend Ricotta, 1 Egg Beaters and garlic powder.
  5. Spread into meat shell.
  6. Pat remaining meat into a 10-inch circle on wax paper.
  7. Place on top of pie.
  8. Spread remaining tomatoes on top of pie.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
  10. Cut in wedges.
