Chocolatey Raisin Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine sugars and oil; mix thoroughly.
  3. Add vanilla and egg whites; beat well.
  4. Stir in water.
  5. In separate bowl, combine flour, milk, baking soda, and cocoa powder; add to wet ingredients.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts.
  7. Drop by heaping teaspoon onto lightly oiled cookie sheets.
  8. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
  9. Remove from sheets immediately; cool on racks.
  10. Makes about 60 cookies.
