Favorite Stir-Fried Vegetables

  1. Prepare 4 to 6 dried mushrooms by soaking until fully hydrated.
  2. Remove stems.
  3. Plunge cut vegetables into boiling water to blanch.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. Preheat wok and add oil.
  6. Add chopped garlic and stir quickly.
  7. Add vegetables and chicken stock.
  8. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Add seasoning mix and cook for 1 minute at maximum heat.
  10. Serve hot over rice or as a side to any meat.
