- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 lime wedge
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces Calvados
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1/4 ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 apple slice, for garnish
- On a plate, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass or coupe with the lime wedge and coat lightly with the cinnamon sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well.
- Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with the apple slice.
