Salad of Many Greens

  1. Mix greens, beans, carrots, oranges and tomatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk olive oil and orange juice in a small bowl.
  3. Season as desired with your favorite salt-free seasoning.
  4. Pour over vegetables; toss.
  5. Serve a glass of milk with salad.
