Teriyaki Firm Tofu
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Sake
- Cut the tofu into eighths.
- Wipe off any excess water and coat it with katakuriko.
- Spread a decent amount of oil in a frying pan.
- Add the tofu and fry both sides until nicely colored.
- Combine and mix all the ingredients.
- When the tofu is done, wipe off any excess oil.
- Add the mixed condiments and mix over high heat to finish!
