Teriyaki Firm Tofu

  1. Cut the tofu into eighths.
  2. Wipe off any excess water and coat it with katakuriko.
  3. Spread a decent amount of oil in a frying pan.
  4. Add the tofu and fry both sides until nicely colored.
  5. Combine and mix all the ingredients.
  6. When the tofu is done, wipe off any excess oil.
  7. Add the mixed condiments and mix over high heat to finish!
