Crock pot macaroni and cheese
- 1 lb macaroni, cooked & drained
- 3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt & pepper or to taste
- 1 can (large) evaperated milk
- Grease crock pot with 2 tablespoons shortening or pam.
- Add all ingredients except a half a cup cheese into crock pot.
- Cook for 3 and a half to 4 hours on low.
- Before serving top with remaining half cup cheese.
