Wesson Oil Pie Crust Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- Mix salt and flour in bowl.
- Pour oil and lowfat milk all at one time over flour.
- Mix with fork till mix sticks together.
- Refrigerate20 min.
- Divide in half and roll out between wax paper.
- Peel off top wax paper and invert into pie tin before removing the other wax paper.
- Makes 2 (9 inch) pie crusts.
- Bake at 350 degrees till brown.
